Here are some great things I like to share with all of you! We just got back from a 3 weeks vacation and before we where going I of course thought if it was oke for our son Remon. Would it not be confusing, and will he still like the play room when we get back?
Well, at that vacation, Remon said, and still does, Bread! In dutch that is brood, and he says BWA!
He also says, YES, in dutch; JA, perfectly! still does.
Gives me a kiss before he goes to sleep!
Fooled around a lot with his younger sister (3) Especially when it was bedtime.
They are really really building a bond so strong! I cant seem to get between it! which of course i
wont even try!
Went for a swim every day! He loves that!
Coming home, letting him be downstairs for 30 min. and then went up to his play room with him.
The smile he gave me! WOW! I showed him the teddybear, and asked him, what is this? (he
already used to say 'bear') He said BWA! I showed him his wooden blocks, I asked him, and
this? BLOK!!! he said. (never said it before, )
then i showed him the "lego"(?) and asked, and this? he said LEKO!!
When he started to say Bwa for bread, he sometimes used that word for a lot of other things, as if
he only has a one-word-room-mind. The same went for "lego" it was the first word he used with
volunteers, and he seemed to think then, If i say that word she is enthousiastic, so it goes for all
the toys, we excited grabbed the toy he meant, then said, lego? great! these however are blocks,
but it is great you said it, then of course i repeated it for a few times. and now i see it worked,
I said it before, and will say it again:
This message board really is the greatest thing ever! I hope for all my english is clear enough!
And wishing all the best!
My warmest regards,
Yvette
