My daughter has been on a gluten free diet for approx 4 years now, we tried removing dairy products and have had her urine tested and for us we found that dairy products we not the problem. I suggest you look at Paul Shattock's website at The Autisn Research Unit at Sunderland University - you will find all the information there that you need.
