: Hi,

: I know alot of your kids are on the gluten-casein free diet and I'm hoping you can help me find info. on this diet. Web sites, perhaps?
: What results have you seen with this diet? How easy is it finding products that meet the criteria?
: If we were to begin, how long before we could reasonably expect to see results?
: Also, what is the theory behind it?
: Lots of questions, I know, but I figure I've got "the experts" here reading this board, so I'm taking advantage!! :)

: Thanks in advance,

: Eileen

Hello everyone. I have a question. This diet sounds wonderful. Anything that helps our kids is great. But, what do you do when you have an autistic 5 year old who will only eat a very limited type of things to begin with? Last night he actually asked for a banana! (first time). Great, so I gave it to him. He pealed it, smelled it and actually licked it. I was/am pleased that he is actually beginning to show an interest in something other than Kraft White Cheddar Mac & Cheese or Spaghettios or applesuace, which has been his basic diet for 3 years! How would you work with kids who are so limited to begin with?
