Hi,

I know alot of your kids are on the gluten-casein free diet and I'm hoping you can help me find info. on this diet. Web sites, perhaps?
What results have you seen with this diet? How easy is it finding products that meet the criteria?
If we were to begin, how long before we could reasonably expect to see results?
Also, what is the theory behind it?
Lots of questions, I know, but I figure I've got "the experts" here reading this board, so I'm taking advantage!! :)
