: : : : How many staff members (teachers) do they curently have working for them? >>
: : They are very busy so I'd suggest a call to the Son-Rise staff secretary to get this information rather than by e-mail. : : : : : Where does all the money that the parents spend for the different programs go to?
: : Paying for room and food, which is included in all programs, teachers, materials, facilatator's time, upkeep of the Institute, etc. Basically, where money would go for any similar program.
: : : Just a thought question: WHat do you all think about this?
: : I think you are getting too wrapped up in the dollar figures here. If you compare the cost of what you get for this program with any other service you'd get from professionals who help special-needs children, you'd find it comparable or less. We've paid thousands of dollars to such professionals and gotten far less.
: : : To those of you who are interested, Ihave decided to narrow down my term-paper and see what the motives of the Son-Rise program are. How do you feel?
: : While any institution or company wants to be finanacially successful, I truly believe that everyone at the Option Institute really wants to help people. I am really sorry to hear that you have taken this focus for your term paper. It seems you have missed the point. Getting wrapped up in the money side really does a dis-service to our special children and the families who have worked so hard to help them. : : Gaylen
: Dear Gaylen: Thanks always for your love, caring and support. We always keep you close in our thoughts and prayers. With love, Bears
