The number to Specialty Labs is 1(800)421-4449. You should get an order for the test from your physician and have Specialty Labs fax their handling instructions to the lab where you are having the blood drawn. Then your lab sends the sample to them so they can perform the test.
Dr. Sighn does this test too, but last time I checked he wasn't taking anymore samples.
