: Dear Bram,
: I live a half an hour outside Washington D.C., so I expect I will be there. I'm not crazy about dragging Joshua with me. I lost him for 5 minutes in the Air and Space Museum and I thought I would die!
: We are looking into IVIG. We will be running the nessecary tests. I really feel in over my head.

Jen,

We are awaiting the blood test results now. I don't feel over my head, just scared. However, I felt the same when my wife Kim went to Option for a week and I had to take care of the kids myself! I made it. Also, I was scared at doing the secretin infusions, but they proved helpful. It is OK to be scared as long as it does not get in the way of logical thinking. IVIG seems to be the next logical step for us, so even though we may be scared, we are going to go ahead with it. If you want the old Dr. Gupta study, I would be happy to mail it to you. He should be coming out with a new one soon with many more kids in the study. Do your homework and make an informed choice. Good luck!
Bram

See you in D.C.!
