Hi Chris!

Funny timing to read your message today. We haven't had very cool weather yet (even had a record high today), and have been getting away with putting 2 t-shirts on Ben - he is not at all interested in the jackets or sweatshirts. On Wednesday temps are supposed to plummet to 70 (I LOVE ARIZONA!!), and we were just discussing today whether Ben would be stripping again once we got long sleeves and pants on him. This was a big problem our first winter, a lesser problem last winter, so of course we're going for it all and hoping for NO problem this winter... we'll see!

The only thing we have found to work is the all important attitude, and attempting to get Ben's clothes on in preparation for the next person coming, or dinner coming, or potty break coming up, or the end of the playroom day approaching. The attitude is one of holding out the pants and expecting with every cell in our body that he will take us up on it. We approach it in a very happy, comfortable and excited way, but with no assumptions as to whether it will really happen or not. Sometimes he does, sometimes we have to talk him into it, and sometimes he is just not interested. We never push too hard - two or three requests at the most, and drop it if he's really adamant. Usually we can at least get underwear on. Big celebrations and gratitude whenever he puts anything on.

So good luck - maybe at least you can start with getting underwear on him a few times a day if it's in preparation of a shift change. Great news on finding Robin - so happy to hear that!

Love you - K.
