: Caesin is only found in animal milks and breast milk so yes soya milk is OK..........however, soya milk in the UK isn't nutritionally complete for children inder 5 so an Infant Formula milk is usually reccomended. Also be careful with goats/sheeps milk , the proeins are chemically similar to cows milk.

hi everyone...for those of you trying or using soy milk, be careful. some soy milks have brown rice syrup which may be from gluten. so the gfcf.com website will let you know which brands to avoid, ola
