We put the liquid in Patrick's oatmeal. Oatmeal is one of those controversial gluten-free grains. It was the only thing we could get him to eat for breakfast, so we decided to leave him on the oatmeal.

However, we stopped Super Nu Thera. Gaylen posted something that alerted us down in the message board under the Megavitamin deal. Patrick started getting very agitated and crabby after being on this vitamin for 11 months now. He had gained some weight and we increased his dosage, but he started waking up in the middle of the night, etc. After reading Gaylen's note about liver toxicity, we started looking at the vitamin content of his baby foods he eats, too, and there is an awful lot of vitamin A. So, we reduced the dose back to where it was. Patrick was less agitated and started sleeping through the night again. However, two weeks back at his old dose, the same symptoms popped up -- agitation, lack of sleeping. This child has never had a problem sleeping through the night. So we decided to experiment and completely remove it from his diet. He is no longer agitated, is continuing to make progress, and is sleeping through the night again. So I think we will keep him off of it for a little while. His behavior does not show any negative side effects for being off of it. So we are in a wait-and-see mode right now. Hilda
