: we just started with the sugar, casein, yeast, dairy free diet. did anyone else encounter sonstipation in their child? this is a tuffy!!!!!!!!!
: appreciate any help. sharon

We didn't get constipation with that but have had it over the years. Magnesium Citrate or Magnesium Cholride are the best things to loosen up constipation. Allergy Research Group makes a great liquid Magnesium that you can easily mix with juice.

As for SuperNuthera, when we were doing that with Curtis, we bought the tablets, crushed them and mixed them in with his nut butter. They could also be easily mixed with any creamy food. We didn't do the drink because Curty was horribly allergic to oranges. I don't know why they flavored it with that since alot of kids are allergic to oranges.
