: What are other people mixing the super Nu Thera with to give to their children. We just got it and I think it tastes awful. I'm trying to keep the attitude thing going "I believe he will take it". I just want to make it as pleasant as possible. It seems like we are struggling with so many issues right now (gluten free, caesin free, sugar free, yeast free diet). hi...my daughter, 4 years old, is currently taking the super nu thera. i mixed it in hr soy milk. she detected the smallest amount in the milk (1/8 of a teaspoon). she wouldn't take it for about a week and totally refused the milk. but then i guess she figured she has no choice and started taking it. it's really important to start out very slowly for two reasons: to get used to the taste, and to not have major side effects. my daughter is taking about 1/2 teaspoon now and i'm seeing some adverse effects like tantrums, which i didn't see when she was taking 1/4 teaspoon. so increase the dose very slowly; i'll probably start giving her only 1/4 teaspoon again. just experiment! ola
