Hi all,
After seeing a few of you mentioning the National Academy of Child Development in your posts, I decided to search for their web site, curious as to what they were all about. After seeing the web site, I realized I owned a book by one of the founders, titled something like "What to do about your, autistic, c.p., mentally retarded child". I can't say I was terribly impressed with the book, which was much more the story of how this place came to be than what to do about your special child. I'm curious to know what any of you who've had dealings with this facility think of it. Thanks!
