Hi Ana!

Two things came to mind after reading your post. The first was wondering what would make someone crave food all day. Could be that he doesn't feel well, a common problem for our kids, overstimulated by toxic metals and having digestive and elimination problems on top of it. I would suggest a visit to my nutritionist - she is great

The second thing was a story I heard from a Son-Rise mom who really inspired me - she had the same problem with her daughter. The magic of the room really helped out because it kept her out of the refrigerator and cabinets, and they kept a huge supply of lettuce and carrots and celery in the room so she could eat to her heart's content but the food wouldn't have such a weight-gaining effect. I think it would be a lot easier to reply "There's no ____ in the room today, just lettuce and carrots - how about we chew some up?!" rather than "No, we can't have Burger King again!" while he's standing next to you while you're on the computer with the car keys in his hand. :-)

But I agree with AS - challenge yourself to be confident in knowing what's best for your son and be okay with him throwing a tantrum. Imagine if he wouldn't eat at all!

Love ya - Kelly.
