Hi Ruth!

Like Laura, we've been running a Son-Rise program for 3 years, too, and there have certainly been times when I was too tired to be the happy, energetic, creative supermom that I strive to be. There have even been times when I fell asleep in the playroom, or cancelled my session because I didn't want to go in there!! If that had happened more than once every week or two, then I think I would feel the way that you're describing. How often are you feeling this way?

On the bright side, there have also been times when I went past the time that I'd allotted to be in the room. So, rather than attach judgments to "the good days" or "the bad days", I've managed to let it all go in honor of just being present. I was always doing my best!!

Diet and nutrition has been a big part of our program, and we've all experienced better health and energy since starting this program. I would recommend getting your hair analyzed to see what your chemistry may have to say. We were all very slow oxidizers, and a high protein diet has helped considerably. And when we get it re-analyzed, we see the numbers proving it!

Have an energetic day, or a lazy day, but definitely take the day!! This program makes things possible, not easy!

Love always - 2K.
