It is great to get your response to my question. Sometimes it is just helpful to have your feelings re-inforced by other parents. I try so hard to understand Nicole. Why she does the things she does etc. I wonder if I really need to know. She is unique. What can I do to lessen her stress? She has such a low stress level.
I feel guilty for not doing a son-rise program. I know that she needs it. I have other handicapped children to care for and no time. No "helpers" with the same understanding of her.
Do I attempt it alone?
It has been 10 months since our "Start-up" and time is slipping away.
