Thank you for the info. On another message board they talk a great deal about it and I wondered the opinion of it on your message board. There are so many programs out there it gets confusing. I wish we were able to do a Son-rise Program full time. Everyone here is so special and treat their children respectfully.: It is an intensive, 1:1, highly-structured program where tasks are broken down into minute steps and taught through "drills" or repetitive practice sessions. Catherine Maurice has two books that explain it fairly well "Behavioral Intervention for Children with Autism and PDD" (or something like that) and "Let Me Hear Your Voice."
