I would highly recommend a video feedback with a Son-Rise teacher. One of the mistakes we made early on was not getting enough support. We went 7 months before asking questions...as it turned out we were not REALLY joinig my son at all. It's all in the attitude. Love, Lisa
: Hi! I recently attended the start-up in september and when I came home I was feeling great! I still feel great but, now that the playroom is finished and I am in the room with Michael I don't know how to introduce things to him. I join him and I let him be in control but he always wants to leave the room after 1/2 hour. How do I get him to stay? We have a trampoline he likes to jump on and a great big ball and lots of wood puzzles and blocks and hats. I get his attention first when I blow bubbles and use my 3 E's but then he gets bored and looks away as if he is saying"ok now what?" then goes to the trampoline or ball no matter how much I use my 3E's he walks away. He makes wonderful eye-contact and likes to sing songs(me sing,he does habd movements to the song) Really that is the only time he is interested! My husband and I are setting up an intership with a local college next week we are giving a presentation in our home for would-be volunteers and I don't know how to explain or train these volunteers if I don't know how to begin. Any ideas please HELP!! : Michael's Mom
