I've been looking at this possibilty, Charlie eats:- BREAKFAST Orange juice and cereal. (Cheerios/frosties/coco pops)or toast with butter and marmite
SNACK milk and biscuits
LUNCH Marmite on white bread and butter, crisps, yoghurt or fromage frais
DINNER Chips and sausage or chicken nuggets ice cream or cake
I know this diet is the complete opposite of what he would be eating if we take up the gluten/casein free diet. Anyone who has tried it, please can you give me a sample menu of what you did, and what your child eats.
Thanks
Kath
