Jo stopped napping at two and a half...initially dropping to alternate days then stopping. He did then for a while seem better settling at bedtime aon non nap days. Some days one nap seemed too much and no naps not enough.I imagine it partly depends how late he stays up on a nap day and whether you need time to yourself more in the middle of the day or at night how hard you persevere with the nap.If you need a break in the day and can cope with a later bedtime persevere with naps until he won't have it any longer.I think your needs for your day also enter into the equation. You need to take care of yourself in order to be there for him.It was pretty clear to us when napping was no longer part of Jo's routine.Love Jeanie.
