Kelly, Dave and Trish,

WOW! Your time and effort have really paid off BIG TIME! It is so great to read how well Ben is doing with everything and in school. The most amazing part is how well he is doing with the other kids. The academics are like gravy. We always felt that if Nick could get along well with others he would be well on his way to recovery.

One really great benefit of getting along well with the kids at school is that Nick sees what they are doing and wants to do it also. They motivate one another. Since you have no control whatsoever over how the kids will react to Ben and one another, I appreciate the HUGE steps that Ben has taken. In the playroom, where you can control his environment he knows more what is coming. At school there is so much more for him to encounter. GO BEN!!

Who would have thought at the beginning of this amazing journey that we would be having so much FUN! Keep sharing your wonderful stories of Ben's adventure, and give him BIG HUGS for us.

With Love,

Doug and Arlene
