Who has practical experience of this diet I would love some tips. My son (4) has been on the diet a week now and I would appreciate any tips to encourage fussy eaters to try new foods. What does the rest of the family do? do you adapt your feeding habits as well?
I did the Son-rise course in January in Amsterdam and we do a few hours a week with our son. Even with that he has made good progress and now has regular eye contact and has started speaking words. Yesterday he said his first two sentences "boek lees ik" (book read I -we'll worry about the grammar later!) and "Alexander naughty" Alexander is his brother. I was so proud!
Greetings to you all
Joanna
