Any thoughts ideas greatly recieved...

Recently every time Robert goes to play with one of my long standing volunteers he crys. Even talking about her outside the room makes him say things like, I'm going to kill her and she'll never come to play with me. He doesn't do this to ny other of his volunteers. Apart from me all my other volunteers (7) are men so sometimes I think it might be a gender thing. I've dialogued her about any tiny dicomforts, I've had Ray dialogue me to check my attitude and any stuff I may be hanging on to. We've brain stormed stratgies in our group meetings to have a action plan if it happens again ,butI feel I might be missing something. Maybe I've got some deep discomforts I haven't eeked out yet, or maybe my volunteer need deeper dialoguing.

Any thoughts ideas comments greatly appreciated.
