hi..i know there has been talk on this message board before on gfcf so sorry if i am asking a question already asked. we have had tyler off caesin for 2 weeks, havent noticed any changes. the special diets for special kids book says to go off caesin first. so we did that. anyway i also read that a good cheese that doesnt have casesin and is the most tasty is SOYMAGE. so i find out that it is made by soyco. i look up soyco and if i read correctly they said i had to get from nutrition stores and to ask them to please sell it. well, i am having no luck. does anyone know where i could order it over the internet or phone or even if there is a better casein free cheese out there? another question then i would like to ask: those of you doing the cfgf diet, do you even bother with cheese? it seems so confusing doing this diet - did you feel the same way. any help would be greatly appreciated !

thanks! love, jamie
