I have a 5 yr old who I have had tried a number of dietary interventions with with mixed sucess. These kids are so individual it's difficult to give blanket advice. I have seen and advised quite a few Autistic kids (as well as being a mum I'm also a dietitian) and I'd be pleased to chat to your friend if she wants.
