I'm boasting again!!!

The Speech Therapist told us before Charlie speaks he has to learn to communicate. She suggested clapping hands and then when we had eye contact varying the parts of the body we clapped. This we have done, and he enjoys.

Tonight at my parents house, they applauded him for joining in the actions to a song. He clapped with them, then got their eye contact and started to pat his head! He got my eye contact for me to join in too, and he set the pace for clapping hands, patting head, patting tummy, tapping knees together, using alternate hands, and varying the speed.

*SMILE*
