Start point.Screaming made mode of communication.anyhting up to 200x/day.Biting Attacking people, esp. babies and old people. Manic in almost all social enviroments. 20 single wordsNo recognizable imaginary play. Train and video obssessd. Spinning,lining-up rocking, not understanding language, self injuring(head banging,) not recognising his family. Spitting, urinating and defaecating outside taking clothes off regularly. No eyecontact..Oscar winning tantrums !!

Now. Speaking in complex sentences.Up to 180 sentences/day Able to sustain simple conversations. Good understanding of past present and future
. No screaming or self injurous behaviour.understands almost everything we say. Can go to different social settings with little preparation - parties, park,shoe shopping. Recoginsing and enjoying company of whole family incl. extended family.Much more flexible and accepting- would take a biscuit and come and ask if he can have, if I say no, will give it up easily with no reaction..........and on , and on......

YES THIS WORKS!!!!
