Thanks of responding. I am not familiar with "Chicken Soup for the Soul." Can you please tell a little about it, and include the author?

: We usually read a short story from a "Chicken Soup For The Soul" book and then have either a silent minute for prayer or a verbal prayer. Next month we will do a guided meditation. I have also had everyone focus on a particular part of Brenen's body to send "healing" thoughts.
