Cranial Osteopaths receive a lot more training than Upledger trained folks. Upledger was a Cranial Osteopath who branched out on his own to train anyone who does body work like massage therapists. Those doing Upledger's methods can have as little training as a one weekend course or be very well trained with several years of courses and hands-on work. COs tend to be a little more conservative in thier treatments as well. But basically the treatments are very similar if not the same.
