Curty has had about ten CST treatments from an Upledger trained therapist. It has been really helpful with his visual problems, fluid in his ears and constipation. Our county mental health department is paying for this service but we got to select the provider.

It is a very gentle (therapist barely touches the patient) manipulation of the cranial (head) bones all the way down the spine to the sacrum (bottom). She did it on me once and even though I could barely feel her hands, when the bones released it was a really powerful sensation.

Curty received the Ortho-bionomy form of CST for several months before we switched to Upledger. Ortho-bionomy was much better at calming him and helping him stay focused and balanced by Upledger seems to be making bigger differences at remediating problems.

If you choose to try CST, be very careful about who you choose to do it. Make sure they have alot of training and experience.
