: i use the contadina pizza squeeze sauce. when called, the company said it was gluten-caseine free. also, i have modified a pizza crust that seems to be close in taste to a "regular" one. i probably went through six recipes to find an acceptable one that john would eat. pizza is big here. also i found you really had to watch the meats that you put on the pizza, alot of pepperoni has lactic acid starter culture, which can containe casiene. another thing to watch for.
: also the contadina has corn syrup, and corn starch in it, a maybe thing to watch for later, after starting the gluten-caseine diet. i really watch the corn in john's diet, and am almost ready to remove it, along with sugar and yeast, another jump.
: good luck, i think it has been an excellent move here, once in, it is fairly easy, and now john is trying some new foods which is very exciting,
