Hi John, I am not sure if Gaylen is refering to our son, Mark but we went to the intense Son Rise week with our son six years ago (actually exactly six years ago) when Mark was 10 years old. Mark had been in various school programs for five years. It was, at the time a difficult decision for our family to remove him from school and start a Son Rise program. We did it and I have never regretted the decision. Mark has made remarkable progress and I believe it is because of our program. The first 3 years we did fairly intense Son Rise and then gradually modify to include other things to meet his needs. Feel free to email me privately if you want more information. By the way I am envious of the fact that you only live 2-3 hours from Option. I am enjoying this message board very much. The support is absolutely amazing. Paulette
