I could recommend a book, Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook, by Jeanne Marie Martin. She lists garlic, lemon juice, aloe vera gel, wheat grass juice, barley green juice, sea kelp, dulse, and other seaweeds, cayenne red pepper, and yogurt as foods for fighting Candida. She also says that how foods are prepared and eaten can have everything to do with whether they can help or not, so I would recommend reading the book. There's a whole other section on natural supplements, too long to list. Check it out!!!

: Hello,
: I did a Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis test from Great Smokies labs on my son and the yeast and bacteria (different more resistant strains) are back after we had beat it.

: Any advice for natural ways of beating this problem?
: Love,
