: My son Brenen has been on the GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) diet for eight months now. Also, low to no sugar and anti-yeast diet. It took some learning , but the improvements are worth it. If anyone would like a sample "menu" feel free to fax me at 847/891-1580 or call 847/891-1969 (leave a message)and I'll be happy to fax one out to you. We also do a modified four day rotation diet that you may want to look into, to avoid alergic reactions. I'm not 100% convinced this does anything, but I figure at this point why take a chance and it promotes a greater variey of foods anyway.
