I'd be happy to help if you can be more specific about what specific info you're looking for and what the focus of your paper will be.
I've been running a Son-Rise Program for my son since he was 4. He is now 8. We started as straight Son-Rise and then slowly added other methods. My son has done very well moving from a very severely autistic, mute, sensorily disordered child to one who is now very talkative, participates in simple conversations, loves people, interacts well and is motivated to learn. While his last three testings placed him outside the autistic category, he still has many traits and challenges other autistic people face. He is now working hard to build his auditory and visual processing skills, conversational and discussion skills and motor strength and skills. We're now doing a combination of structured methods under the umbrella/attitude of Son-Rise and with the flexibility to drop the structure and follow him when appropriate.
Son-Rise has changed my husband and my lives for the better as well. We're much more open, compassionate, happy and healthy. I've had many volunteers over the years say that working with my son has changed their lives. I could put you in touch with some of them if your paper wants to explore the volunteer side in a respectful way. Gaylen
