Patrick is a 100% rice milk drinker (Rice Dream has a calcium-enriched formula now). Hates water and juice. Have you tried the chocolate rice milk with Lucy? How about soy milk? I just read an article about how apples and bananas can be exacerbating foods for autistic symptoms so if you give 100% apple juice you may want to observe any changes in behavior with that. There are great juices out there that are 100% juice. I was at the health food store and I believe I saw almond milk and coconut milk and some other weird varieties. I didn't actually look at the list of ingredients, but there seems to be a lot of options out there. If she isn't drinking milk, you might want to make sure she is getting enough calcium through supplementation somewhere. What about the calcium-fortified orange juices?

Gaylen's ideas are great for the playroom. We are creatively-challenged in our household, so the message board has been a great source of ideas for us.
