Hi Jamie,
The Fundamentals book is part of a package that we got that included games and flash cards along with a manual that is full of games and activities. We got it from Accelerated Learning. Their phone number is 619-434-7070, or at least that is what it is on the literature when we ordered it back in 1998. At the time the Option Institute had an arrangement where we got a discount on the package.
