hi guys...i'd rather not use my name. i was wondering what the best way would be to tell volunteers they are not working out. there are 2 that have been with us for a little while now and they are just "getting it". and i honestly don't know what to say after all this time. the reason i don't think they should come anymore is that they don't seem to really and truly and genuilnely LOVE what is going on in the room or anything that my son does...if he looks or talks, it's matter of fact for them...they can't keep the excitment level up. they are a little resistent to daloguing too, so it makes it hard of course...i can't make them change if they don't want to. so let me know of the most gentle way to do this...bieng honest would be a little brutal...i can't say...you know what, you don't really love being in the room and that's not the best thing i want for my son right now. has anyone had to do this before (especially for a reason like this and not for a reason like punctuality...that one is easy to deal with). thank you so much for any suggestions in advance...love to you all!
