hi to everyone:

well i am asking for "big" help. i am getting armed and ready to do a gluten/casein diet for john. we are working with a DAN doctor and still waiting on test results but i am convinced there is a need so want to be ready.

so am asking for help. anyone interested in sending a "simple"???? recipe? i have a child with extremely limited food likes, (potato chips, pretzels, crackers, bacon, pizza, and french fries).
