Hi there folks,

Just wanted to introduce myself to those of you who don't know me.

My name is Rekha Neilson and I am a Son-Rise Mum in the UK. I discovered and fell in love with Son-Rise a little over three years ago. I then went on to look more at the Option philosophy, doing the Option courses really supported me/my growth and hence our SR programme. The Option Process Dialogue was an amazing tool during these programmes and also in my playroom, so over the course of two years I trained to be a mentor.

Since qualifying I decided to set up a practice from home in Cambridgeshire, UK. So I wanted to make myself known in the Son-Rise community in the UK to let you know I am here to support your growth.

Doing a dialogue is a very powerful way of changing a single or multiple beliefs and consequently your physical and emotional well-being. As a Son-Rise mum I have found this tool absolutely invaluable, every time I get more comfortable with something my whole family benefits.
