Hi, My name is Virginia and for the past few weeks I have been reading "Happiness is a Choice". This book has been very inspiring read. Every time I start to read your book I look at life in a positive light. This book was recommended to me by my new employer Beth. She hired me a few weeks ago to work with her child in the son-rise program. This past month has just blasted me with new information about happiness and autism. You see, I have worked at a school for children with autism for the past two plus years and we strictly teach through ABA. The son-rise program has opened my eyes to different options. I love how this program goes with the child and does not go against them. I can't count how many times I have seen children have behaviors due to teacher directed lessons and having to follow the teachers directions. I'm very excited to be working with Beth in this option program. I wanted to thank you for the books you have written and the son-rise program which has change my life and point of view. THANK YOU!!
