Hi All,

For those of you who don't know me I am a Son-Rise Mum and an Option Process Mentor-Counsellor based in the UK.

I have developed some workshops to help my fellow Son-Rise parents and playroom volunteers to introduce and understand the Option Process dialogue. You will also get tools to take away that you can use going onward!

The workshops are one full day (currently Saturdays starting 5th November) and based in Cambridgeshire, UK. The Option Process dialogue is such a powerful tool allowing you to get more comfortable and hence more powerful at changing your life.
