The Caudwell
Charity is a national children's charity that helps individual
children with sickness, disabilities or special needs with
direct donations of treatments, therapies, specialist medical
equipment and dying wishes. They will offer up to 80% funding
to qualified families.
The Caudwell Charity is proud to
be working closely with the Autism Treatment Center of America™
and the work of The Son-Rise Program®.
We want to ensure that as many children in the UK as possible
are given the opportunity to benefit from this exciting and
successful therapy program.
How to apply to receive
funding for the following program:

Caudwell Charity
Funding Guidelines:
| 1. |
Applications must be on behalf of a specific child aged
18 or under at the time of application and who is living
in the UK. |
| 2. |
Funding is only available for parents, guardians, relatives
and programme volunteers. |
| 3. |
The Charity will consider making a maximum of 80% of
the requested funding required (unless exceptional circumstances
apply). |
| 4. |
Please complete a separate form for each person applying
for a funded place. |
| 5. |
The financial details required are those of the parents
or guardians. |
| 6. |
The form must be signed by the parent or the legal guardian
of the child you are applying on behalf of. |
| 7. |
You will have to supply all supporting documentation
to us, even if you have been granted funding by us before.
Failure to do so will mean that we are unable to consider
your application. |
