5 mins 32 seconds Irini was doing everything she could to help her family and her son with autism. She was running a full time Son-Rise Program and her son was improving greatly but she felt guilty taking any time for herself until she felt like she was dying inside. Irini attended a personal growth workshop at The Option Institute, co-founded by Barry Neil Kaufman (Bears) and Samahria Lyte Kaufman and learned tools and techniques to help her take care of her family AND herself too.
