"I want to express my appreciation for allowing us to come to The Son-Rise Program Start-Up with such a generous scholarship. Without it, we would not have been able to attend and receive such blessings on behalf of our son, Jeremiah. We have adopted a 'Son-Rise attitude' which has allowed us to accept him and love him just as he is. The improvements have been so numerous, and we began to see them so quickly. After trying so many other methods of working with Jeremiah, I am convinced that this is the only one for him. His disruptive, aggressive behaviors have subsided as his language has increased. A day doesn't go by without us noticing something new and beautiful. We find ourselves saying to each other, 'I never thought he would get this far. 'Prior to coming to the Autism Treatment Center of America, my level of faith and hope was low because each day was a challenge. You have helped to rekindle our hope. For this, we are eternally grateful to both the Autism Treatment Center of America and the generous financial supporters. May you continue to shine out as a lighthouse to other families who felt so lost, as we did."
