"I have worked in supporting the growth and well being of people diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities for over 14 years. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Stetson University and have been in training at the Autism Treatment Center of America since September 2006. I received my certification as a Son-Rise Program Child Facilitator in November 2007. I am pursuing certification as a
Son-Rise Program Teacher. My experience in direct care, training professionals and being an advocate for support services as a case manager has allowed me to get an understanding of the importance of a family being empowered and supported in their journey with their special child. Being a part of the staff at the ATCA has given me great insight and joy not only in my work but on a personal level.
